Highlights of the innovative spray impregnation booth

Spraying of the impregnation agent only from the outside

Several nozzles in the STAHL spray impregnation booth impregnate only the outside of the PPE. The clothing is hung individually in the booth and impregnated with impregnating agent only from the outside.

Flexible use with 230 V connection

The STAHL spray impregnation booth only requires a 230 V socket and can therefore be flexibly positioned.

Activation of the impregnation in the drying cabinet

After treatment in the STAHL spray impregnation booth, the impregnation can be excellently fixed in STAHL’s TS 1300 condensation drying cabinet.

First solution of its kind on the market

Usually, PPE is impregnated in the washing machine, where the impregnation can get into contact with the membrane. The STAHL spray impregnation booth is a worldwide innovation: it ensures that the impregnation only gets where it is supposed to go – on the outside of the PPE. The membrane and lining are not wetted and remain breathable.
