The STARFOLD laundry folding machine can be fitted with up to two stackers which enables you to work simultaneously on up to three lanes alongside each other with various types of laundry and folding operations. In addition, the lanes can be automatically coupled and the entire working width is then available for one piece of laundry.
Photoelectric cells continuously measure the position of the laundry items. The item’s length is calculated and your laundry is folded accordingly. Zero, one or two longitudinal folds, as well as up to three cross folds are available. If you decide not to have any folds, the laundry can either be conveyed unfolded by the STARFOLD, or it can be deposited onto the machine’s folding table via the shortest route. This is the correct setting for serviettes or for cleaning cloths.
The STAHL STARFOLD folding machine is designed to treat your laundry gently. The longitudinal folding is performed by a dynamic air jet. This technology offers a high degree of folding accuracy, is gentle on laundry and is low maintenance. The first cross fold is performed using a folding blade, the second and third cross folds are performed by an automatic reverse system. The effective width of the cross fold is 90 cm.
With the FREEpro microprocessor control unit, all functions are controlled centrally. The large touch display guarantees clarity and easy operation. Up to 99 programs can be stored on it and various values can be monitored on the display.
