Individual folding on up to three lanes simultaneously

The DOMESTIC laundry folding machine enables you to work simultaneously on up to three lanes alongside each other with various types of laundry and folding operations. In addition, the lanes can be automatically coupled and the entire working width is then available for one piece of laundry.

Zero, one or two longitudinal folds

Photoelectric cells continuously measure the position of the laundry items. The item’s length is calculated and your laundry is folded accordingly. Zero, one or two longitudinal folds are available. If you decide not to have any folds, the laundry can either be conveyed unfolded by the DOMESTIC, or it can be deposited onto the machine’s folding table via the shortest route. This is the correct setting for serviettes or for cleaning cloths.

Gentle folding of your laundry

The STAHL DOMESTIC longitudinal folding machine is designed to treat your laundry gently. The textiles are therefore not folded by a mechanical folding sword, but by a simple yet powerful and effective air jet. This means that there is no wear and tear on your laundry, and it retains its maximum possible service life.

Easy to use & capacity to store up to 99 folding programs

With the FREEpro microprocessor control unit, all functions are controlled centrally. The large touch display guarantees clarity and easy operation. Up to 99 programs can be stored on it and various values can be monitored on the display.

Laundry folding table made of high-quality, veneered wood

The laundry folding table on the back of a STAHL folding machine is made of high-quality veneered wood. The natural material ensures that moisture is absorbed and that water films do not form, as with a metal table. Another advantage is the high-quality wooden table does not become hot and therefore minimises the risk of you or your employees sustaining burns.

The best folding precision thanks to long conveyor

The long conveyor behind the STAHL flatwork ironer is a unique option to significantly improve your folding result. This way, the laundry items are only measured on the longer transport route from the ironer to the first longitudinal fold. In contrast to measuring the laundry goods between the ironer feeding table and the ironer output, the long conveyor guarantees you the best folding accuracy.
