To provide customers with personalized support and expert on-site advice regarding machinery, STAHL Laundry Machinery is expanding its field service team with a true expert: Ramona Blumör is a trained chemical laboratory technician and has been working in the laundry industry for 12 years.
She has worked in research and in a consulting role in the field for various detergent manufacturers and is highly knowledgeable about laundry equipment, detergents, and processes. In addition, she serves as a hygiene officer in the institutional food service and laundry sectors and recently completed not only her training as a hygiene officer in the healthcare sector but also earned her state-certified disinfector certification. This makes her the perfect point of contact not only for machinery but also for critical application areas. „When I do something, I want to do it right,“ says Ramona Blumör, explaining her ongoing professional development.
Ramona Blumör has known STAHL Laundry Machinery for quite some time and has also had contact with the team and the machines in her previous positions. „I’m impressed by the machines and the company’s philosophy. I’ve known STAHL for years and greatly appreciate the friendly manner and the excellent collaboration with the entire team.“ The team at STAHL Laundry Machinery is also delighted to have this experienced addition to their ranks. „We’re delighted to have gained such a competent and dedicated asset in Ramona Blumör,“ emphasizes Sebastian Hatz, Sales Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) at STAHL Laundry Machinery.
Since April 11, 2023, Ramona Blumör has been working in the field, supporting customers and prospective clients in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saarland.
