Does the rental service apply only to standard machines?
We offer our rental service for numerous products in our lineup.
The following applies: Just as with a purchase, we custom-build the machine according to your specifications and preferences. This means you’ll receive a machine perfectly tailored to your needs, which we’ll take back after 48 months unless you choose to extend the contract.
What is the minimum rental period?
We offer our rental service for terms of 48 months or longer. After that period, you can cancel the contract on a monthly basis.
What happens if a laundry machine needs repairs during the rental period?
Our rental service covers not only the cost of the machines, as well as delivery and setup, but also service costs and replacement parts.
This way, you can be absolutely certain: Aside from the monthly fees, there are no additional costs.
In the event of a malfunction, how long does it take to repair the machine?
STAHL machines are renowned for their exceptional reliability. Should a problem ever arise, our knowledgeable service staff can often resolve it with you right over the phone. If that’s not possible, our customer service team will head out to you as quickly as possible, and the necessary replacement parts will be delivered promptly to keep any downtime to a minimum.
What happens if I want to keep the machines after the rental period ends?
Once the 48-month contract term has expired, you have a choice: You can decide to continue the rental service, which can then be canceled on a monthly basis.
