DAMMBACH – IN THE HEART OF THE SPESSART
Nestled amid the idyllic natural scenery of the Spessart region, the Waldhotel Heppe in Dammbach offers its guests a retreat for rest and relaxation. Each year, approximately 12,000 visitors feel right at home at this long-established family-run hotel, where they enjoy not only warm hospitality but also the hotel’s extensive wellness and recreational facilities. The hotel’s in-house laundry service also contributes to an all-around enjoyable stay, ensuring every day that linens and the hotel’s textiles are available in first-class quality.
Since 2022, Michael Bauer—whose family has owned the hotel for generations—has relied on STAHL’s professional equipment to efficiently handle the hotel’s high volume of laundry. The robust ATOLL 100 washing machine and the matching T 244 dryer are used here to clean the daily volume of textiles. Reliability is the top priority: At the Waldhotel Heppe, the machines are in continuous operation every day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Special attention was paid to ergonomics—for example, a 160-mm-high base on the washing machine noticeably makes daily loading easier for the staff.
