Textilpflege Paris is a master-run business specializing in dry cleaning, laundry services, ironing, carpet cleaning, and leather cleaning, now in its fourth generation of ownership. With two locations in Bavaria—Nördlingen and Möttingen—the company offers its customers impeccable cleanliness and personalized service. At the laundry facility, Managing Director Manuel Fuchs and his team wash workwear, table linens, bedding, undergarments, industrial textiles, horse blankets, and much more.
For several years now, master textile cleaner Manuel Fuchs has relied on STAHL’s reliable machines. The first STAHL product he purchased was a gas-powered mangle. „We were so impressed with the service that we plan to purchase only STAHL machines in the future,“ says Manuel Fuchs. Above all, the speed of STAHL’s customer service won him over: A defective drive motor was replaced within a few hours, so that the calender was back in operation as quickly as possible. Textilpflege Paris now operates a total of six laundry machines from the Sindelfingen-based manufacturer across its two locations: two ATOLL washers, one T 352 dryer, two trough calenders (MC 500/2100 and Master 1610/3300), and one DOMESTIC folding machine.
So far, Manuel Fuchs has been completely satisfied: „The machines are sturdy, the service technician is available locally, and STAHL offers good value for the money.“ In addition to the machines’ reliability, Textilpflege Paris now has more flexibility in choosing heating methods thanks to STAHL’s products. Depending on customer preferences and the machine, heating options include electric, gas, steam, hot oil, steam/electric, or hot water. In addition, Textilpflege Paris can now offer its customers even more services: With STAHL’s efficient Master 1610/3300 trough press, the company can process larger flat laundry items up to 3.30 m wide.
