The inn, which has been family-owned since 1868, has continued to evolve over the years. In 2000, guest rooms were added to the country inn—marking the beginning of a long-standing partnership with STAHL. At the Schwarzer Adler, the Trinkaus family decided at that time to set up an in-house laundry facility to handle the additional laundry volume. The original equipment served reliably for over 20 years and was replaced by a new generation about two years ago.
„This allows us to wash even more energy-efficiently now. The new dryer also has a larger capacity, which is another advantage,“ explains Managing Director Roland Trinkaus. He values the long-standing, positive partnership with STAHL: „When we need help, someone is there quickly. Most of the time, we’ve been able to resolve immediate problems and questions over the phone—which is, of course, ideal.“

The machines are operated by different employees, and the process runs smoothly.
