The atmosphere at Pension Breslmayr is traditional, warm, and friendly. Located in the health resort town of Gallspach in Upper Austria, this family-run business offers affordable accommodations for travelers looking to treat themselves to a relaxing getaway. The Breslmayrs run the guesthouse with great passion and look forward every year to welcoming numerous regular guests who appreciate the personal atmosphere of the place. Owner Fritz Breslmayr handcrafted the furniture for all the rooms in his own woodshop—every piece of furniture here is one-of-a-kind, and all rooms are individually decorated. The connection with STAHL came about by chance nearly 10 years ago at a trade show in Salzburg: The Breslmayrs were looking for a new machine for their in-house laundry and ended up at the STAHL booth. There, the Breslmayrs immediately felt they were in good hands and well advised, so that shortly thereafter, the first ATOLL was put into operation in Gallspach. „STAHL’s machines meet our expectations 100 percent,“ confirms Fritz Breslmayr.
Previously, the guesthouse had used equipment from another manufacturer but was very disappointed by the high service costs and its dependence on that manufacturer for replacement parts. STAHL won them over with excellent service and largely universal replacement parts that can be procured quickly in an emergency. Fritz Breslmayr also appreciates STAHL’s telephone repair support—in an emergency, the problem is quickly identified and, thanks to over-the-phone assistance, resolved in no time. After four years, a second, slightly larger ATOLL was purchased to complement the first machine. Since then, the Breslmayr Guesthouse has been washing all of its linens using STAHL equipment. Terry cloth, bed linens, cleaning rags, and personal laundry are washed here daily and dried either outside in the laundry area or, in case of bad weather, in the drying room. The Breslmayrs don’t need a dryer—on some days, around 50 kg of laundry hangs outside on the laundry patio. As a handyman, Fritz Breslmayr is resourceful and even built a laundry lift on the exterior wall for his wife, so that the laundry can be transported to the upper floors without heavy lifting.
