At the Hotel Bayern Resort, Christine and Barbara Bartlechner welcome their guests with plenty of Bavarian hospitality, warmth, and passion. The mother-daughter team relies on a holistic concept aimed at guests aged 16 and older, which—in addition to an extensive wellness program—focuses above all on individually and lovingly furnished rooms and apartments. To ensure everything runs smoothly here, the ATOLL washing machine and the T234 clothes dryer from STAHL are in constant use. Terry cloth items such as bathrobes, bath and spa towels, as well as cleaning rags, are washed in the machines and are available again in no time for their next use. „We’re absolutely thrilled with the machines,“ explains junior manager Barbara Bartlechner, adding, „Within two hours, the laundry is already back up on the floor—this helps us conserve resources because we have less laundry on the premises.“ STAHL’s machines have been providing excellent service at the Hotel Bayern Resort for 9 years now. So far, only wear parts have needed to be replaced from time to time, and the Bartlechners are completely satisfied with customer service as well. For example, when the dryer malfunctioned, a STAHL service technician quickly provided advice over the phone, allowing the machine to continue operating as a temporary solution until a technician arrived on-site.
Before Christine and Barbara Bartlechner took over the Bayern Resort, they had already run a smaller business where they used household-sized machines. To ensure smooth service for guests at the new hotel, they decided to switch to machines with larger capacities. To get a feel for STAHL machines, they visited another hotel in town that had been using STAHL equipment for 30 years. Convinced by the quality and ease of use, they equipped their own hotel with STAHL machines—a decision Barbara Bartlechner has never regretted: „The machines just keep running and running. I can wholeheartedly recommend STAHL machines to anyone thinking about making a new purchase.“
