The suction table, with its long belt feed, makes it easier for operators to manually load linens into the trough mangle. It holds the linen in place until it is transferred to the trough mangle, prevents it from slipping, and thereby increases productivity.

Located beneath the feed table is a feed box with a powerful suction function that pulls on the bottom edge of the laundry item as it is fed in. The combination of the suction box with the optional spreading brush system helps spread the fabric more evenly, resulting in a more effective feeding process. Another advantage of feeders with a suction box is that this feature prevents the textiles from coming into contact with the floor, thereby improving hygiene. In addition, the feed box saves on construction costs, as the feeder can be operated without the need to build a laundry trough.

The suction system outlets are equipped with large fiber filters to ensure good air quality, free of lint. The filter system is easy to clean while standing, thanks to large side doors.

The stretch conveyor consists of tensioning belts mounted above the feed table that pull the textiles through without creasing them. Any smoothing imperfections that may have occurred are corrected by upper smoothing brushes that can be activated as needed.

The Servant feeding machine is optionally available with a clamp feeder, which allows a single operator to feed approximately 300 large laundry items per hour onto a conveyor belt. If all three feeding positions are staffed, the clamp feeding system achieves a throughput of approximately 500 large items per hour by having the gripping mechanism alternate between the three feeding positions. The feeding grippers close automatically and guide the fabric to be mangled onto the vacuum table with precise tension.

All functions are controlled centrally via the FREEpro touch microprocessor control system. The design ensures clarity and ease of use. From here, you can control all features and monitor various values on the display. The control panel on the feed machine also provides central control of the trough calender and any connected folding machine.
