Terry Cloth Folding Machine KOMBIFOLD

The KOMBIFOLD terry cloth folding machine is the right investment for your business—whether it’s a laundry, hotel, hospital, or spa—if your staff spends hours folding large quantities of terry cloth items. You’ll save time, staff, effort, and money.

The KOMBIFOLD terry towel folding machine gently folds, reliably sorts, and stacks terry towels of up to four different sizes simultaneously. Operators place the terry towels unsorted onto the infeed conveyor in rapid succession. The folding machine detects the shape of the towels, folds them using the selected folding method via a patented air-folding combination, sorts them by size, and stacks them accordingly.

Using the simple, fully programmable FREEpro touch control system, you can create your own custom folding programs and easily select or switch between them at any time. If textiles are loaded incorrectly, the folding machine ejects the laundry unfolded; if operated incorrectly, it stops immediately. This ensures that operating the folding machine is always safe and easy.

Terry cloth laundry can be conveniently loaded into the terry cloth folding machine unsorted by a single person while standing. The dry laundry folding machine comes standard with a central discharge conveyor belt on the right side of the machine, which returns the laundry to the operator at an ergonomic height once the programmed number of items in a stack has been reached. To suit your individual needs, this conveyor belt can also be located on the left side. Similarly, the finished stacks of laundry can be transported to the rear of the machine and, if desired, connected to a central discharge conveyor belt. Adjustments can even be made retroactively, ensuring maximum flexibility.
