The high-performance STAHL clothes dryer, with its optimized energy consumption and three sizes ranging from 40 to 110 kg, is suitable for all types of textiles and industries.
The high-performance STAHL clothes dryer, with its optimized energy consumption and three sizes ranging from 40 to 110 kg, is suitable for all types of textiles and industries.
Stainless steel drum mounted on four interchangeable support rollers with automatic load detection for energy consumption tailored to demand.
A diagonal flow of warm air through the perforated stainless-steel drum ensures even, gentle drying without pressing the laundry against the glass.
An optional plate heat exchanger preheats the incoming fresh air using the residual heat from the exhaust air, significantly reducing energy consumption.
An optional process recycles approximately 50 % of the exhaust air and returns the warm air to the drum.
Intuitive microprocessor control with freely programmable parameters and an optional residual moisture sensor prevents overdrying and allows for adjustments during the program.
Large stainless steel lint filter located beneath the drum, removable from the front; steam-heated models feature an additional filter on the steam manifold.
Insulated door with stainless steel frame and viewing window, opens 180° to the left; can be mounted to open to the right upon request.
Room-independent fresh air intake; heating options include electric, gas, steam, hot oil, hot water, or a dual-fuel system.
The STAHL clothes dryers, models T 352 through T 356, feature a low-maintenance drive system. The stainless steel drum is driven and supported by four sturdy rollers. If necessary, the rollers can be replaced quickly and easily via easily accessible service hatches on the front and rear. The wear-free motor helps ensure that the machine consumes only as much energy as the current cycle requires. When the dryer is running with only a half load, energy consumption is automatically reduced.
The radial airflow ensures exceptionally fast, gentle, and thorough drying. Warm air flows diagonally—from top to bottom—through the fully perforated stainless steel drum. Temperatures remain consistent throughout. The drum reversal feature supports the radial airflow by alternating the direction of the laundry, ensuring that even delicate fabrics dry evenly in the shortest possible time. Unlike the longitudinal airflow principle used in other brands, the radial airflow system does not press the laundry forward against the drum wall, thereby preventing excessive wear.
The integrated plate heat exchanger ensures optimal energy efficiency. The recycled warm air first flows through a heat exchanger, which then uses the stored heat to preheat the cool, fresh air drawn in from outside. With this optional feature, the clothes dryer consumes significantly less energy. This revolutionary system, which offers significant savings potential, is available exclusively in STAHL dryers.
The optional recirculation system helps protect the environment and reduce operating costs. This intelligent process reuses and recycles approximately 50 percent of the exhaust air. During the drying process, only the water vapor is vented. The dry air, still warm, flows back into the drum via the heater.
The proven FREEpro microprocessor control system, which is identical across all STAHL laundry machines, is easy and intuitive to operate. It features many common standard programs (e.g., full dry, delicates, slightly damp). All parameters can be individually programmed, and the current drying process is shown on the display. An optional sensor reliably detects residual moisture, thereby preventing the textiles from being overdried. This ensures the dryer runs only as long as necessary. This saves money and time and protects the laundry.
Our flexible FREEpro control system also allows you to adjust individual parameters during the drying process. These include, for example, temperature, residual moisture, and drum speed. For you, this means maximum flexibility even while a program is running.
A large lint filter made of sturdy stainless steel is located beneath the drum and can be easily and conveniently pulled out from the front for cleaning. Steam-heated clothes dryers have an additional lint filter on the steam coil, which can be conveniently pulled out from the front for cleaning.
The insulated door, with a sturdy stainless steel frame, features a viewing window. The door opens to the left at a wide angle of 180 degrees. Depending on the layout of the room, the hinge can also be installed on the other side upon request.
