The expectations put on modern high-performance ironers are very demanding. Top results are expected in regards to the quality of the finish – while economical operation and efficiency are crucial factors in the decision-making process.
The MASTER 2010 is characterized by an enormous performance while at the same time it is extremely economical in its energy consumption, a combination that will pay off very quickly for your laundry. The PTS drive developed by us ensures by means of a frequency converter that only the amount of energy is consumed that is absolutely necessary to operate the motor at that very moment.
Performance features, which make our MASTER 2010 revolutionary:
- The ironing path is unbeatable 3.14 meters long, the roll has a diameter of 2010 mm.
- The MASTER has the longest dimensionally stable chest.
- The entire ironing path is under pressure.
- The fully insulated heat-retaining Super Chest saves energy.
- The over-extension on the feed side (see diagram) creates an ironing path of real 180°.
- The design of the chest has been tried and tested with excellent results.
- Top-class finish result combined with outstanding efficiency.
- The MASTER is also available with a diameter of 1610 mm.
The linen is fed to the MASTER via an ergonomically designed feed module with a suction beam positioned underneath the feed table, which ensures a flawless transfer of the linen to the pressure section of the machine. Of course, there is also the option to connect our SERVANT feeder machine upstream of the ironer.
