It is a well-known fact that the efficiency of STAHL flatwork ironers is already enormous, mainly in regards to their energy consumption in relationship to output. With the aid of the SERVANT feeder machine you can improve performance even further by increasing the speed in which the linen is fed to the machine.

You can achieve the optimum of efficiency when you install our preparation machine DRAP-O-MAT in this high performance sector of linen finish.

This preparation machine separates and detangles the spin dried work load and pulls it over spreaders. The work load is thus prepared in the best possible way for feeding to the ironer of feeder machine. The linen is put on a mobile ironer table or linen trestle, which can be purchased from us, and the operator can simply pull it into position. He can now feed the linen pieces at the highest possible frequency, thus using the performance potential of the finish machine in the best possible way.

The DRAP-O-MAT is also available with an infinitely adjustable speed regulator ranging form 3-10 m /min on request. In this way the individual operator can achieve his or her best performance depending on the operator’s individual ability and skill.

Power supply is easy. Just connect the machine to the usual 220 V power point and the DRAP-O-MAT is ready for use.
